- We have limited access to parking spots in the building and you would be given an assigned parking spot, a garage remote and 24/7 garage access. Please inquire for more details on prices.

STREET PARKING

- Metered street parking is available at the rate of $1/hr

- 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Sat, and FREE all other times and on Sundays

- Highly recommend using the ParkMobile parking app to pay the parking meters remotely

- Payment at the meter and meter stations is also available via coin/card

- St. Louis City has a network of Metrolink buses and light rail, and rentable Byrd and Lime scooters for getting around the city. Uber and Lyft rideshares are readily available via the Uber and Lyft apps.

PETS

- No cats allowed

- All pets must be approved ahead of time

- $300 charge if pets are in the unit without approval

- All pets must be housebroken and potty outside. Potty pads are not approved

- Guest must provide pet photo/breed/weight/proof of current vaccinations and flea/tick prevention

- Guest is responsible for keeping barking to a minimum. 2 complaints and the reservation will be

terminated without a refund

- Guest is required to keep the furniture covered

- Short Term Stays: $75 per pet

- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

- No glitter or confetti is allowed, and if used, a $100 fee will be charged

- Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed

- Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): 2BR: $300, 3BR: $400 4BR: $500 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed. While we deep clean the unit after you check-in please do routine cleaning during your stay. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if excessive cleaning is required.

EVENTS

- No parties/events are allowed. A $500 charge will incur if events/parties are thrown, and I will terminate your reservation and the entire party will be asked to leave immediately.

SMOKING

- No smoking in the unit or balcony, only outside the building. If found smoking, a $500 smoking fee will be charged.

QUIET HOURS

- 11:00 p.m. to 8 a.m

- Televisions, voices, or devices must be kept at a respectful level at all times

- No loud parties, drunkenness, or unruly conduct is allowed at any time. Any disturbances which cause problems to other tenants will not be tolerated.

SAFETY & SECURITY

- The unit is for the exclusive use of our registered guests only. No unregistered guests are allowed overnight without approval, and extra guests not listed will be charged an extra $100 per guest per night.

- Only registered guests are allowed to have building access codes.

- Guests are liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury they may cause or incur on-premises. We cannot accept responsibility for your losses within the premises or in the parking areas.

- Use of candles/incense is prohibited.

- No grilling/BBQ is allowed on the premises.

INTERNET USAGE

- Internet service can’t be used to improperly copy or share copyrighted content, such as music, movies, video or software, using Peer-to-Peer or Torrenting software. Any future violations will result in the termination of your reservation.

PERISHABLES

- I MAY provide coffees, teas, sugars, and creamer for guest use, and there may be unopened canned goods or other perishable foods in the kitchen from previous guests. You are welcome to it, but always check the expiration date before eating anything. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

TV

- Smart TV is provided, and no cable is provided.

FURNITURE

- No moving furniture without approval. A $100 charge if the furniture is moved without approval.

MAIL

- No mail/packages are allowed to be sent to the property.

WATER/PRESSURE

- Water may take a couple of minutes to get hot.

- Leave the sheets on the bed

- Place all used towels in the bathroom

- Log out of any tv streaming services you may have logged into

- Load the dishwasher and start it

- Check that the fridge/kitchen has been cleared of all food

- Leave your bagged trash inside the front door of the unit, but if you have excessive trash, you can take the trash to the dumpsters in the back of the building

- Turn off all the lights

- Make sure that you haven’t forgotten anything

- Lock doors on your way out
